Skyworth was awarded “The China top ten corporations in after-sale service” and is the only company that got this recognition in consumer electronics industry. The vice-chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference met with the top management of Skyworth and was impressed by the service standard and vision of Skyworth. He believed that Skyworth could act as a benchmark for other China corporations in consumer electronics industry.

This contributes to quality service and motivates staff to deliver better service. Skyworth also requires high standard, high efficiency and high effectiveness in service using right strategies, management and ways of execution, which has become a key indicator in corporate performance.
