“Care for Employees”
The Open Ceremony was held in On May 27th, the “Care for Employees” activity in Baoan district was opened in The chief of Baoan district Bureau of Vocational Ability Development Mr. Fan Yanta declared the activity schedule and thanked for the support provided by Skyworth Group. He hopes the employees could face their work and live more positive in future. The deputy secretary of Skyworth Party Committee Mr. Huang Ligui represents for Skyworth to thank the government. This open ceremony was held in Skyworth suggested the government cared a lot about Skyworth employees. It is also a recognition and encouragement of what Skyworth has done for its employees in psychological counseling. Deputy secretary Mr. Huang Ligui said Skyworth Group emphasis on both physical and mental health of its employees. Skyworth Group has various activities for its employees to entertain like group wedding, cultural festival, family activity, singing competition, basketball game etc. And Skyworth has built an inner library and sports center for its employees to relax. Such activities are countless, the employees feel like at home while living in this Industrial Park. Meanwhile, Skyworth has strong human resources mechanism. It provides training systems for its employees to choose. This platform helps its employees to grow up healthy. Skyworth will do harder to care for its employees in future and to be a fine example. After the opening ceremony, the chief of Mental Health Institute of Shenzhen MD Liu Tiebang made a speech on how to keep positive, healthy and peaceful under such intense competition in modern society. He gave some real cases and analyzed the situation which aroused strong response from the audience. The governors and experts highly assessed Skyworth culture. Though Skyworth has more than 20,000 employees but has never caused any trouble through there is certain pressure. Thus they chose Skyworth to hold this opening ceremony. “This is a speech about mind set. It inspired me a lot. The premise of happy life and work is to keep mental health.” An employee said. Another one said “Skyworth culture made me feel at home. I’m very happy here and I’ll learn to be more positive to face all the troubles in future.” The other employees all hope the government and the company could hold more such activities and invite more professionals to give speeches in future. It is understood that the Baoan District Government especially planned this activity to care for the mental health of employees. 23 psychological experts joined this activity. Skyworth is the first stop and there’ll be in total 100 rounds in the enterprises in Baoan district. |
