Skyworth elites came to politics arena

Mr. Huang Ligui, Mr. Li Xiaofang and Mr. Shichi was selected as Party Representative, Deputy to the People's Congress and CCPCC member of Shenzhen City

On April 9th, the Assistant of President and Secretary of Party Committee of Skyworth Group Mr. Huang Ligui was selected as the first Party Representative of the fifth Congress of Party in Shenzhen. It is just the beginning. Skyworth elites came to the politics arena one by one. In the forth standing committee of Shenzhen CPPCC 22^nd conference held on May 21^st, the president of Shenzhen Skyworth Digital Co., Ltd. Mr. Shichi was selected as the CPPCC member. What’s more, in the forth people’s congress the 39^th conference, the GM of Skyworth LCD modules Co., Ltd. Mr. Li Xiaofang was selected deputy to the fifth people’s congress with honor.

The new round of selection of people’s congress and CPPCC is held in the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone which is an important link between past and future. It means a lot to the development of Shenzhen City. The newly selected 407 NPC members and 498 CPPCC members will act as the leading role in Shenzhen politics in next five years. They’ll exercise their sacred right to vote, to be voted and to supervise as member of NPC, CPPCC and Party.

Since the former Secretary of Youth League Committee of Skyworth Group Mr. Zhang Zhihua was selected the vice secretary of Shenzhen Youth League committee 3 years ago, Skyworth Group which owns 20,000 excellent employees has became a key candidate for Shenzhen government to choose new members. The selected 3 Skyworth elites Mr. Huang Ligui, Mr. Li Xiaofang and Mr. Shichi are all young but reliable. They are not only the backbone of Skyworth but also care about the politic and society. Their social responsibility helped them made great achievements in their field and let them become the famous entrepreneurs in digital TV industry and LCD module industry.

Brief introduction of Mr. Huang Ligui

Joined in Skyworth in 1999 and have successively held the posts of PD chief and manager in TV factory, assistant of GM and GM in manufacturer headquarter, and now Assistant of President and Director of SCM Administration Department in Skyworth RGB Digital Co., Ltd.

Mr. Huang Ligui engaged in manufacturing work for a long time. He learnt management skills from production line. By Skyworth’s training he gradually grow up to be an important leader. Meanwhile he participated in the preparation work of Party Committee, Youth League Committee and Labor’s Union  of Skyworth and held the post of Vice Secretary of Party Committee. He insists human resources are the fundamental of an enterprise. By bringing in scientific compete mechanism, he built a positive but harmony working atmosphere and distribute a lot for the development of Skyworth. In May, 2004, Mr. Huang Ligui was selected as “Model Worker” by China Ministry of Information Industry with honor. In June 2007, he was awarded “Outstanding Party Member” by Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee.

Brief introduction of Mr. Li Xiaofang

Mr. Li Xiaofang is the General Manager of Skyworth LCD Modules Co., Ltd. He joined Skyworth in 2000 and was assigned to set up Skyworth LCD Module business unit (changed into a corporation later).

The sales revenue of the newly built company Skyworth LCD modules Co., Ltd. almost doubled every year in the past 5 years and soon become the leading enterprise in LCD module industry. As one of the few high-tech enterprises in this industry, Skyworth LCD module undertook tens of research subjects from the government. By consisting self innovation and creation, Skyworth LCD modules Co., Ltd. is able to quantity produce LCD backlit TV modules and has become the biggest supplier of LCD modules for Samsung  mobile phone in China. In 2009, its sales revenue reaches to 60 Million USD and has already paid 15 Million USD as tax. Meanwhile, Mr. Li Xiaofang also worked as the vice-chairman of Shenzhen Flat Panel Display industry Association and has done a lot to promote the development of this industry.

Brief introduction of Mr. Shichi

Mr. Shichi is the President of Skyworth Digital Tech Co., Ltd. He joined Skyworth in June, 2000 and built Shenzhen Skyworth Digital Tech Co., Ltd. in 2001 (owned by Skyworth Group).

Since joined in Skyworth Group, Mr. Shichi persists in innovation and grew up from a normal R&D engineer to the youngest board member and president of Skyworth Group. Mr. Shichi lead the development of Skyworth Digital Tech and has achieved sales revenue more than 0.3 billion USD in 2009. Skyworth Digital Tech has become the leading enterprise in set top box industry. Now Skyworth Digital Tech owns more than 180 operators in China and covers more than 30% of domestic market. The annual production ability reaches to 8 million sets. Its digital SATV and ground broadcasting products have been sold to Middle East and Europe.
