Building up a First-Class Chinese International Brand

("Skyworth", and collectively with its subsidiaries, the "Group") (HKEX stock code: 0751) announces today that the Group will launch a blue-tone logo consisting of only words, a milestone for the brand development of Skyworth.
In order to be consistent with Skyworth's new slogan of 'Wide Sky, Infinite Worth', the new logo eliminates the graphics on the previous logo and replaces it with just words and the color blue. The new logo is simple and trendy, promoting the Group's image as an international brand. It also indicates Skyworth's determination to seize overseas market share.
Mr. Wang Dianfu, Executive Chairman of Skyworth said, "Following the change of Skyworth's business structure and development of overseas business, the former logo was rendered unsuitable, as the graphics were too complicated, and there were too many colors, making it difficult to present. The new logo inherits the solid brand base of Skyworth, with an emphasis on the developmental trend of international brands. The new logo is simple to apply as it mainly consists of words. We believe that the new logo is more alluring to customers. Changing the logo aims to alert the public that we endeavor to become a world-class brand."
New Skyworth logo will be applied to the main production bases, products packages, and billboards in China before the end of this year. Consumers will soon be able to buy Skyworth's products with the new logo in department stores.
